is being developed by Prolines Naval Architects in Waterford, Ireland and is being part funded by the Irish government under the National Development Plan 2000-2006. Prolines was established in 2001 by Rob Mc Connell B Eng (hons) and has been active in both the fishing and pleasure-craft industries. Prolines are also sole distributors of Archambault yachts in both the Ireland and the UK. At the current time the company is conducting sea trials of the Tide-Riser self-adjusting mooring system in consultation with Aquafact in Galway, Ireland, and Promoor Limited in the Isle Of Man, under the supervision of the American Bureau of Shipping.
